3 words--He Showed Up! John and his team were fabulous to work with. Under the stress of having to sell a home quickly, John and Scott came out to the house, gave us an estimate the next day. John categorized the work that needed to be done into 3 parts; giving us an estimate to sell the items, to move the items the homeowner wanted to keep to the new home and the disposal of the rest. John checked in with his own contacts to sell items that didn't sell during the estate sale and managed to sell some of the larger items. He referred someone to clean the home and the house was cleaned out and broom-clean 2 or 3 days before the sale! Super guy, super team! I highly recommend them!
